Her specialized service focuses on building knowledge and setting realistic real estate goals that will benefit her clients today and well into the future. With over 15 years of coaching and goal-setting experience, Holly empowers her clients to navigate the market as a participant in the process rather than a bystander.

An avid traveler, dog mom, coffee lover, and book addict, Holly began her adult life as an academic. She has had an adventurous and colourful life full of amazing travels, wonderful employment and volunteer opportunities, and has an eclectic vault of experiences to draw from when working with her clients. She sold her first home at 24 years old and has continued to successfully invest in real estate ever since.

Curious in nature, Holly is keen to seek out information and find solutions to issues that seem unsolvable. With coursework and practical experience in mediation and negotiation, she can see the big picture and find ways to bring everyone’s goals to the table, and find an amicable solution that works for all.

Holly has travelled to over 30 countries, is very active in numerous sports, coaches girls softball and sits on the Board for the Esquimalt Farmers Market and the Esquimalt Chamber of Commerce.
